Mrs. Drummond has been an educator for 25 years, teaching students in grades K–8 as well as high school English. In addition to her classroom experience, she has served as a director of education, assistant principal, certified reading specialist, and educational evaluator. She has presented workshops on reading and writing instruction and has written a curriculum for the Southern Union Conference of Education. She currently teaches middle school English Language Arts. Mrs. Drummond has also incorporated Ozobots into literature instruction, using literature as a springboard for engaging learning experiences that integrate art, music, math, writing skills, and creativity.
