I am an evidence-informed public educator who challenges assumptions, reframes instructional practices, and creates opportunities for professional growth. I lead ongoing professional learning for over 100 staff members and ensure that instructional shifts improve student outcomes. As a conference speaker at ISTE, AMLE, ASCD, and the USA Festival of Education, I specialize in professional learning and research-based strategies. Recognized as an MIE Expert and Fellow, Microsoft Certified Coach, and an SCASCD Emerging Leader, I also develop and assess micro-credentials for the University of South Carolina (CarolinaCrED). To expand my impact, I founded Blazers, LLC, providing coaching and training for educators.
