José Guillermo Guzmán Segura is a passionate educator and innovator at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where he teaches in the Multicultural program and the International Baccalaureate. Recognized as an AI Pioneer in Education (CEDDIE, 2023) and a recipient of the NOVUS Award for innovation, he has coordinated national initiatives, as MUNMX Monterrey, impacting 800+ students. Currently completing his MSc in Data Science at the University of Leeds, his research spans educational technology, labor economics, and public policy, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
