Roslyn Ruffin is an accomplished educator with over 25 years of experience in teaching, leadership, and school improvement. She holds degrees from Western Michigan University and Marygrove College, along with a Michigan School Administrator Certificate. Roslyn has excelled as a teacher, Interventionist, Literacy Coach, and Central Office leader focused on school improvement and instructional leadership. For six years, she has trained new teachers to engage students and refine their teaching practices. Currently, she is an Educational Improvement Consultant and Master Trainer for the Michigan ACE Initiative. A passionate advocate for professional learning, she has presented locally, regionally, and nationally.
