2. Real-World Examples of Capstone Transformation (15 minutes)
Content: Showcase case studies of schools that have successfully integrated capstone programs and how these programs have driven changes in curriculum, scheduling, and advisory programming.
Engagement: Participants will analyze examples of capstone programs and how they’ve led to systemic changes.
3. Designing Student-Centered Capstones (20 minutes)
Content: Practical strategies for designing capstone experiences that promote student agency and creativity. Focus on interdisciplinary projects that extend beyond traditional subject boundaries, allowing students to explore personal passions.
Engagement: Individually or in small groups brainstorm a capstone project that could be implemented in their own school settings.
4. Creating an Action Plan (10 minutes)
