Event Information
To engage the audience, the session will begin with key statistics and research on leadership burnout and turnover, providing context for the challenges school leaders face.
Participants will then complete a guided self-assessment using the "whole leader" framework, reflecting on their well-being across multiple dimensions.
Following the self-assessment, participants will engage in a brief partner talk to share initial insights. This will be followed by a deeper exploration in small groups and an opportunity to learn from each other.
