Establishing the Norm: a digital collaborative brainstorm using Padlet. Attendees will compile the big-picture goals of professional development. What do we hope to do, accomplish, or address via PD? (10 minutes)

The Research: How teacher agency -specifically choice in professional learning- reduces stress, manages burnout, and increases student outcomes. An overview lecture by the presenter. (10 minutes)

Reimagining PD Time: Systems to maximize time, solve challenges, and empower teachers. Using PearDeck voting, attendees will choose which examples and strategies they want to learn more about. The presenter will outline ways to transform PD and cultivate joy. (25 minutes)
