Session description

In this session, participants will engage in a hands-on project creating Greekymon trading cards. Using AI Chatbots, they will generate personalized content on Greek mythology and design their cards with Adobe Express. Attendees will explore how to integrate these tools, sharing their creations collaboratively through Book Creator.

Outline

Introduction & Objective (5 minutes)
Content: Brief overview of the session goals—creating Greekymon trading cards using AI Chatbots to generate content, Adobe Express for design, and Book Creator for sharing.
Engagement: Quick introduction and explanation of "Greekymon" and how Greek mythology will be used to inspire trading cards. Participants will see student examples.
Process: The presenter will demonstrate the session’s workflow, highlighting how attendees will use AI Chatbots for content creation, Adobe Express for design, and Book Creator for collaboration.

AI Chatbots for Content Creation (10 minutes)
Content: Introduction to AI Chatbots, explaining how to generate content on Greek mythology figures. Participants will use the Chatbot to create character traits, powers, and backstories for their chosen Greek figure.
Engagement: Participants will input prompts into the AI Chatbot (e.g., “Provide me greek and latin roots”) to gather details for their Greekymon trading cards. They will pair up two or more roots to create their mystical creature.
Process: Each participant will use their devices to explore different Greek characters, customizing the content based on Chatbot-generated responses. Real-time guidance and support will be provided by the presenter.

Designing Greekymon Cards with Adobe Express (30 minutes)
Content: Introduction to Adobe Express and how to use it to design visually engaging trading cards. Participants will use the information generated by the AI Chatbot to customize a Greekymon card.
Engagement: Participants follow a step-by-step demonstration on Adobe Express to create their trading card, including text, colors, images, and layout.
Process: Each participant will design a trading card for their Greekymon character using templates provided in Adobe Express. The presenter will provide real-time feedback and help attendees troubleshoot any design issues.

Sharing Cards on Book Creator (10 minutes)
Content: Introduction to Book Creator and how to upload and share projects collaboratively. Participants will add their completed Greekymon trading cards to a shared book.
Engagement: Participants will upload their cards to a collaborative Book Creator, viewing and interacting with others’ creations in real-time.
Process: The presenter will show how to upload and manage content on Book Creator. Participants will then upload their Greekymon cards and view the growing class collection.

Wrap-Up & Takeaways (5 minutes)
Content: Recap of the session, highlighting how AI Chatbots, Adobe Express, and Book Creator were used to create a dynamic, collaborative learning experience. The presenter will share templates and additional resources for classroom use.
Engagement: Participants will complete a reflection using a Google Form sharing one key takeaway or how they plan to use these tools in their classrooms.
Process: Participants will share their reflections in real-time and receive digital resources, including the Book Creator collection and templates for future use.
