9th grade is the make-or-break year. Students receive 3 to 5 times more Fs, and with each F, they're 30% less likely to graduate. Superintendents in Indianapolis, Phoenix, and Baton Rouge will share how to flip the script, increasing graduation chances by 200% and dropping chronic absenteeism by 69%.
