Session description

Struggle with integrating computer science? The short answer is to use robotics. Using different robotics programs, teachers can easily let students use coding skills to learn various standards. Let students learn about animal classifications by researching and coding animal robots that mimic the animals they are learning about.

Supporting research

I do not have any supporting research as it does not exist. I have developed this concept based on years of observation with districts and schools struggling to teacher computer science since they focus on the standards. This allows them the best of both worlds focusing on standards and injecting computer science concepts into curriculum.
