You’ll leave with a personalized AI toolkit designed to streamline your daily workload, freeing you up for what really matters—leading your school. Whether it’s an AI-powered duty schedule, a staff handbook bot, or a discipline documentation assistant, this session will help you reclaim your time and sanity.

Participants enter a simulated principal’s office scenario with common high-stakes challenges (e.g., last-minute teacher absences, a heated parent call, a complicated discipline case).
Brief discussion: What are the tasks principals struggle to delegate? What are the barriers?
🔹 AI as Your Assistant: Live Demos & Hands-On Creation (20 min)

Walkthrough of AI-powered leadership tools (scheduling automation, observation tracking, communication scripts, and policy bots).
Attendees choose a problem area and use AI to create their own customized tool.

Pair-and-share: Attendees test each other’s AI tools and refine them.
