o Evaluating purpose professional learning vs. resources
o Risk and benefit analysis: Timely release, open access, and communication strategies
o Design considerations: Stakeholder input, adult learning research, self-paced vs. facilitated
3. Video montage of application of use of learning management system- equitable access & prioritization
