o Reflection on current professional learning system and needs analysis experience
2. Planning for Access & Differentiation (35 mins)
o Evaluating purpose professional learning vs. resources
o Risk and benefit analysis: Timely release, open access, and communication strategies
o Design considerations: Stakeholder input, adult learning research, self-paced vs. facilitated
3. Video montage of application of use of learning management system- equitable access & prioritization
4. Logistics and Resources: Exploring resource allocations: personnel, fiscal & sustainability and stakeholder engagement (15 mins)
5. Monitoring and Evaluating Impact (15 mins)
o Return on investment- teacher growth student outcomes
