HBGCC - ISTE+ASCD Central Learning Stage
This interactive 20-minute session, based on experience working with the Santa Clara County Office of Education, introduces a quick Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) micro-cycle for special education teams. Participants will draft a Problem of Practice, conduct two rapid PDSA iterations to refine instructional adjustments, and gather data-driven insights. Attendees will leave with a Problem of Practice Planning Sheet and a facilitation guide for continuous improvement.
