India presently serves as the instructional and transformational leader of STEM Middle at Baldwin Road Junior High in Reynoldsburg, Ohio where she has cultivated an environment grounded in PBL and PrBL. India is a member of the Ohio STEM Learning Network Review Team, where she collaboratively reviews and recommends schools for STE(A)M designation. Principal Wilson was selected by the Ohio Department of Education, the Ohio STEM Learning Network and Battelle as the 2023 recipient of the Excellence in STEM Leadership award. She is the '23 Ohio Alliance of Black School Educators Outstanding Principal Awardee & the 2023 Central Ohio Social Justice in Education Awardee.
