Antoinette Melvin is an educator and learning designer focused on innovative, strategic approaches to teaching and professional learning. At Leading Educators, she creates frameworks and tools that help educators make evidence-based decisions about integrating technology into instruction. A former instructional coach and early adopter of classroom technology, Antoinette contributed to a Robin Hood Foundation–sponsored pilot in Harlem supporting effective tech use in classrooms. She also leads internal learning on artificial intelligence, guiding how educators can responsibly leverage AI to deepen student learning and enhance instructional practice.
