Lori has worked in education for over 25 years, serving as a teacher, instructional coach, school leader, consultant, and author. Lori's expertise spans a range of topics: teacher and leadership development, lesson design, coaching, educator growth and evaluation, and assessment. Lori is a contributing author of The Art of Coaching Workbook (2020) and co-author of the bestselling book, The PD Book: 7 Habits that Transform Professional Development (2022). Her next book, co-authored with Elizabeth Denevi, Integrating Educator Well-Being, Growth, and Evaluation: Four Foundations for Leaders, is due out in 2025. Lori is currently working on a book on lesson design for ASCD.
