Event Information
In this session, participants will learn more about how they can attend to the problems and promises of AI by using AI with students. Participants will engage in interactive demonstrations of SchoolAI spaces and have the opportunity to explore real examples of successful AI integration in classrooms in Griswold Public Schools. As they are guided through the hands-on process of creating a personalized learning module using AI tools, participants will engage in collaborative discussions and be able to receive peer feedback. Throughout the session, participants will see how SchoolAI can be used to design engaging and tailored lessons for diverse learners and discuss the role and potential of AI in transforming traditional assignments into personalized learning experiences.

c. Participants engage in a sample SchoolAI space with personal devices to see how AI personalizes experiences for learners
3. Hands-On Creation (25 minutes)
a. Participants analyze one of a selection of REAL examples of learning modules incorporating AI (and shift from traditional).
b. Participants create their own personalized learning modules referring to the examples and model design process, including planning key AI experiences.
c. Peer-to-Peer Interaction: Encourage participants to work in pairs or small groups during the creation phase for enhanced collaboration.
4. Collaborative Sharing (10 minutes)
a. Group discussions and sharing of created modules.
b. Gather feedback and explore classroom applications.
