Event Information
Plan for Meeting Objectives:
1. Introduce myself and co-presenters. Engage the audience with Four Corners protocol based on job role to build community. (5 minutes)
2.Introduce and demonstrate the Magic School and Diffit platforms creating lesson resources based on audience suggestions for standards and topics. (10 minutes)
3. Share Magic Student generative AI capabilities with student co-presenter. (5-10 minutes)
4.Help participants create their free accounts if needed. Everyone gets free introductory premium subscription and free general access account after that time period. (5 minutes)
5. Suggest participants move to groups of similar teaching subjects and grades to work together to create differentiated resources based on student interests, reading level, and language. (2 minutes)
6. Facilitate during a timed work session in which participants create their own customized resources in the platforms. (20 minutes)
7. Conclude the session with a share time of resources that were created and their proposed uses in the classroom setting. (8 minutes)
