Faye Furutomo serves as the Director of Educational Technology Systems at ʻIolani School in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. She specializes in project management and supporting faculty and staff in their use of technology. A graduate of the Learning Design and Technology Department at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, her research interests include faculty adoption of technology and the interplay between innovation and organizational culture. She has been a leader in research, development and communication around AI policy development at ʻIolani, as well as facilitating faculty working groups and professional development around topics of AI literacy and ethical use.
