Homework has and continues to be, a topic educators grapple with regularly. This session offers research-based strategies to help answer these questions and is designed to help teachers learn specific strategies for creating effective assignments for all students.

Share the research on what is effective

Assignment Critique and Reflection (30 min)
In small groups, each person will share an assignment they struggle to have students complete; other participants will provide critique around what they might change

Closing and Exit Ticket (10 min)
Group share out of some great ideas they heard
